Evolution Habitat
The Evolution Habitat line is a low thickness flooring with bonded installation.
The decorative range includes wood and stone effects with planks and tiles of various sizes, extremely resistant to water and moisture.
Particularly suitable for residential renovations.
Usage classes and classifications
Composition
Vinyl flooring composed of:
- polyurethane finished surface
- 0.30 mm wear layer in pure, transparent PVC
- 0.10 mm decorative layer in pure PVC
- 1.40 mm LVT backing
- 0.20 mm lower backing and balancing layer
The components are heat-assembled on a non-continuous press.
The laying surface must be flat, smooth, dry, firm, free of grease and cracks and maintain these characteristics over time.
During installation, the ambient temperature must be at least + 18 °C and this temperature must be maintained for at least 2 days after work completion.
Installation is carried out with easy-coverage glue using suitable adhesives according to the manufacturers' instructions.
The maximum permissible residual humidity for a concrete subfloor is ≤ 2%.
Condition the unpacked material for at least 48 hours in the rooms where it will be laid.
It is advisable to use LVT-specific acrylic adhesives on appropriate subfloors.
In the case of laying on subfloors that are not basements or lacking a ventilated crawl space, waterproofing is necessary before casting the screed.
The flooring can be walked on immediately after installation.
No waxing is required as it is already treated with a PUR pure polyurethane surface.
Can be vacuum cleaned and/or cleaned with a damp cloth, using only mild detergents.
