Longwood Classic-One is a prefinished 3-ply, 190-cm full plank wood floor consisting of a top noble layer of 3mm oak, a middle layer of eucalyptus for stability, and a bottom layer of poplar. The ABCD choice indicates different aesthetic qualities, with A representing wood with homogeneous grain and color, while D can include more pronounced variations and knots. This configuration ensures an elegant, durable floor suitable for any environment, combining beauty and strength.

MATERIAL COMPOSITION
Longwood Classic-One is a 3-ply prefinished parquet floor, beveled on all 4 sides: top layer of oak noble wood, pre-treated and painted at the factory, ready for installation without the need for additional finishing. Eucalyptus middle layer that contributes to the stability of the floor, minimizing deformation due to changes in humidity and temperature. Counterbalancing bottom layer of poplar that provides additional stability and prevents board warping.

INSTALLATION
Before laying, it is necessary to check that the substrate is smooth, flat, compact and dry. Two types of laying are possible: glued laying is recommended if there is the presence of heated subfloor because it optimizes its thermal transmission (minimum heat loss) without creating, thanks to gluing, air bubbles between the screed and the parquet. Floating installation recreates a single surface simply resting on the subfloor.

MAINTENANCE
Dry cleaning is feasible with a broom. Sand and grainy dirt are likely to ruin the floor if stepped on or dragged, so it is necessary to remove them as soon as possible. Cleaning with detergents should be done only if the floor is very dirty; do not use detergents containing solvents, only neutral-based ones.
