Linoleum

Linoleum are natural floors that, with their wide range of authentic-looking shades and decors, provide great versatility in design. Made from the finest pigments, they are ideal for hospitals, health care facilities, schools and offices where an antistatic, antibacterial, easy-to-clean and walk-resistant floor is needed.

MATERIAL COMPOSITION
Linoleum floors are composed of a mix of natural materials known for their sustainability and durability: linseed oil that gives the floor elasticity and durability, wood flour to give texture and reinforce the linoleum structure improving its strength, natural resins and pigments that give the color, and jute of which the bottom layer is composed.

INSTALLATION
The laying surface should be flat, smooth, dry, consistent, free of grease, cracks and maintain these characteristics over time. During laying, the ambient temperature should be at least +18°C and should be maintained for at least two days after the work is completed. Laying is done by simple spread bonding using suitable adhesives according to Virag’s instructions.

MAINTENANCE
Remove any traces of adhesive with Evo detergent. The floor is walkable at least 12 h after installation. Wash with a wet mop and clean, avoiding excess water. Polyurethane finishing does not preclude periodic maintenance with spray polish or waxing. Ask for detailed instructions if necessary.
