MATERIAL COMPOSITION
The panels are made of 12 mm thick MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard), obtained from high-density pressed wood fibers with thermosetting resins. This guarantees dimensional stability, surface uniformity, and good mechanical performance. The slatted structure contributes to improved sound absorption, reducing sound reflections and reverberation in indoor environments. The surfaces are coated with decorative finishes in wood, concrete, or gray effect, which are wear-resistant and easy to clean. The panels are modular and can be cut and adapted on site.

INSTALLATION
There are three possible installation systems: depending on the customer’s requirements, the panels can be easily adhered directly to the walls using a suitable adhesive or fixed with dowels and screws to the structure or directly to the wall, for a traditional installation (screw fixing must be carried out on the black panel and not on the wooden slats).

MAINTENANCE
V-Wall Smart panels do not require periodic maintenance. Routine cleaning can be carried out with a dry or slightly damp cloth to remove dust. For localized dirt, simply use a soft sponge with water, avoiding aggressive or abrasive detergents that could alter the surface finish.
