BASIC INFORMATION:
MATERIAL COMPOSITION
Vinyl Sports Flooring composed of three layers: a wear layer composed of a mixture of homogeneous PVC, plasticizers and stabilizers containing silicon carbide granules; a second layer composed of a stabilizing glass fiber; and a third called backside composed of a mixture of homogeneous PVC, plasticizers, stabilizers, inorganic additives, colored pigments and inert fillers with low grain size.
INSTALLATION
The surface should be flat, smooth, dry, consistent, free of cracks and grease and maintain these characteristics over time. Laying is done with full bonding to the subfloor, it is recommended to contact glue companies to identify the most suitable one. In the case of laying on non-cellar subfloors, it is necessary to waterproof before casting the screed.
MAINTENANCE
Remove any traces of adhesive while still fresh. During the first 15 days, wash with a wet rag, avoiding excess water. Caution:Do not clean with solvents such as trichloroethylene, acetone, etc. Prolonged contact with casters, feet or rubber objects may cause indelible dark stains to form on the floor.
